Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must interpret and comprehend Menu and Flight Galley Specifications.
• Must possess interpersonal communication and customer service and high level of professionalism.
• Must be able to apply safety standards and follow Ramp, AOA, Safety & Security rules.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with management, customer service, and ramp personnel.
• Assign and dispatch drivers; reassign as necessary.
• Stay informed of flight activity, schedule and gate changes and act accordingly.
• Ensure timely and safe catering of all flights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Keeps management informed of area activities and significant problems.
• Assumes other related duties as required or assigned.
• Use quality forms for AA and report daily feedback of AA flight checks.
