Job summary

Taglit-Birthright Israel in New York is seeking a Flight Manager to oversee operational flight operations across multiple seasons. You will manage airline relationships, oversee timelines, and resolve real-time issues to ensure smooth participant travel.

The role requires 5+ years in operations/logistics, strong problem‑solving, and excellent communication. Hybrid work with in-office days supports collaboration with Finance, IT, and organizers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in operations, logistics, travel management or aviation.
• Experience with airlines, aviation stakeholders, or travel operations preferred.
• Strong project management ability with deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external partners.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Salesforce and CRM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee seasonal flight requests from submission to completion.
• Coordinate communications with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams.
• Ensure data integrity and reflect changes in the TAS system.
• Manage real-time operational issues, delays, and disruptions.
• Support system enhancements and process improvements with IT and stakeholders.
