Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Events Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in office management, operations or event support.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and CRM tools; familiarity with Slack/Teams.
• Experience with Paychex, Ramp, QuickBooks for HR, payroll and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, facilities, and equipment.
• Coordinate HR tasks, payroll support, invoicing, budgeting and vendor management.
• Support event logistics, staffing, and pre-/post-event documentation.
• Plan employee events, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and maintain SOPs.
• Liaise with clients and vendors; ensure smooth internal/external communications.
• Assist with travel, badges, signage, and on-site event execution.
