Job summary

FleetLogix, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to support launch locations, seasonal spikes, and short-term staffing gaps.

This role requires frequent travel (up to 50%) to support site operations across multiple regions, with on-site support and collaboration with the Regional Director on account management and recruiting initiatives. This hands-on role values leadership, operational insight, and the flexibility to travel on short notice.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word)
• Willingness to travel frequently and stay on location as needed
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and driver safety test
• Minimum age 21 with valid state DL and satisfactory driving record
• At least 4 years of qualified driving experience
• HS diploma/GED; college degree a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site operational support at new and existing locations
• Travel to various locations up to at least 50% of the time (including extended stays)
• Lead and coach frontline teams: interviewing, hiring, training, and managing performance
• Act as a liaison between FleetLogix, local teams, and clients
• Ensure safety compliance and proper team conduct at all times
• Use FleetLogix portal to monitor productivity and accountability
• Identify top performers for internal growth opportunities
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training when not traveling
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and internal policies
