Job summary

FleetLogix, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to support the launch of new locations, seasonal volume spikes, and short-term staffing gaps.

This hands-on role requires frequent travel to sites across multiple regions and collaboration with regional leadership. You’ll lead frontline teams, hire and train staff, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with local clients while supporting recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word).
• Valid state driver’s license with satisfactory driving record; 4+ years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site operational support at new and existing locations.
• Travel to locations up to 50% of the time (extended stays accepted).
• Lead and coach frontline teams: interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Act as liaison between FleetLogix, local teams, and clients.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper conduct at all times.
• Use FleetLogix portal to monitor productivity and accountability.
• Identify top performers for internal growth opportunities.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training when not traveling.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and internal policies.
