Job summary

Jet Excellence, LLC is seeking a Charter Coordinator to oversee day-of execution and operational oversight of scheduled charter flights from our Raleigh area operations. You will liaise with Fleet Scheduling, Crew Scheduling, Flight Crews, Maintenance Control, and Client Services to ensure trips run safely and efficiently.

The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to react quickly to changing conditions, weather, or maintenance events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in aviation operations, dispatch, scheduling, or charter coordination.
• Familiarity with FAA Part 135 operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-of and next-day trip execution and ensure feasibility of trip details.
• Coordinate between Fleet Scheduling, Crew Scheduling, Maintenance, and Client Services.
• Provide timely operational updates and resolve issues during irregular operations.
