In this full-time, on-site role, you will manage trip planning, coordinate ground services, handle client communications, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver white-glove travel experiences with discretion and grace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Aviation Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of private aviation experience.
• 3+ years in luxury client services, VIP account management, or similar role.
• Understanding of private aviation operations, trip planning, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with office software and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and participate in events.
• Authorized to work in the United States; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and offer bespoke services.
• Plan and oversee client trips, including catering, ground services, and flight coordination.
• Respond to client inquiries via multiple channels with timely updates.
• Handle billing inquiries and maintain confidential client records.
• Identify and resolve issues during a client's journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for flawless experiences.
• Solicit and respond to client feedback to improve services.
