Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
1+ years of private aviation experience.
3+ years in luxury client services, VIP account management, or similar.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Plan and oversee all aspects of client trips, including catering and ground services.
Respond promptly to client inquiries with timely updates.
Handle billing inquiries with discretion and maintain records.
Proactively resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners for flawless experiences.
Solicit and respond to client feedback to improve services.
