Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive direct B2B sales and develop other agents in the local territory. You will meet business owners and employees in person, while mentoring newer agents and building your own client book.

The role blends field sales with leadership development, offering flexible scheduling, structured support, and training resources. Independent contractor model with leadership guidance.

• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
