Job summary

Allegiant Business Group seeks a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive growth in a local territory and mentor newer agents. This full-time role blends direct client meetings with leadership development, empowering you to expand your book of business while training others on our systems and approach.

You’ll conduct in-person benefit presentations, nurture relationships with business clients, and collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals. Independent contractor, flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or leadership, mentorship roles preferred.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license.
• Strong relationship-building and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
