Allegiant Business Group is hiring a B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to drive direct sales with local businesses while mentoring newer agents. The role blends field presentations with leadership development, offering flexible scheduling and independent contractor status within a supportive training framework.

You will build relationships with business owners and employees, conduct enrollment-style meetings, and guide a growing team through coaching and structured programs.

Competenze

• Experience in outside sales and mentorship roles.
• Ability to lead and coach others while growing a personal sales book.
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license and travel locally.

Mansioni

• Maintain and grow relationships with business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor newer agents with field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through personal sales production.
