Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a full-time B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to grow a local client base and mentor agents within your territory. You’ll conduct in-person presentations, enroll employees in supplemental insurance plans, and coach newer agents while expanding your own book of business.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or leadership roles.
• Ability to mentor and develop others.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
