Job summary

You will monitor entrances, greet customers, and report any theft or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty, contributing to a safe, welcoming store experience. Your role emphasizes leadership, awareness, and adherence to safety standards to support store leadership and protect assets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, asset protection, loss prevention, or operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while monitoring the store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and show disciplined decision making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high‑risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Greet customers warmly and maintain a confident, friendly presence throughout shifts.
• Support store leadership with shortage reduction programs and training.
