Job summary

RMCare Talent Solutions in Murray, UT is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for direct patient care in long-term care settings. You'll monitor residents, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with physicians and care teams.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with flexible scheduling and benefits. Requires an LPN license, 2-year degree, CPR, and ability to work up to 25% travel as needed. In person work location.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Current unrestricted LPN license in practice state.
• Food Handler Permit as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Assist with assessments and care planning.
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope of practice.
• Educate residents, patients, and families on care plans and treatments.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.
