Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. When managers are not onsite, you lead staff and complete opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, resolving customer questions, and maintaining accurate pricing and displays while upholding CVS service standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and complaints while upholding CVS service standards.
• Price, stock, display, and audit weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain presentation quality.
• Coordinate with management and crews to communicate priorities and tasks.
