Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer loyalty through excellent service. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, maintaining displays, pricing merchandise, and ensuring confidentiality.

• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise the store staff and direct activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints per policy.
• Promote CVS customer service culture by greeting and assisting customers.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain in-store presentation.
