Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Fort Collins to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will assist with locating merchandise, answer questions, and support multiple departments as needed.

The role emphasizes friendly service, basic math, and proficiency with common retail tech. A part-time schedule and on-site work in our store are typical. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
