Job summary

Lowe's in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products. You will handle inquiries, assist with locating items, process orders, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input and access information.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find products and services.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise and loading as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Maintain organized department displays and stock levels.
