Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find products for home improvement needs. You will answer questions, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the shopping experience.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing orders and deliveries, and cross-training in other store areas to deliver outstanding service. Bilingual skills and a passion for helping customers are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic data entry.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties.
• Minimum lifting of 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty spots and replenishing.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, piping, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
