Job summary

Lowe's in Fort Collins, Colorado is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers find home improvement products and services. In this role you will greet customers, answer questions, locate merchandise, assist with loading, and ensure every shopper leaves satisfied.

You may work across departments based on store needs and receive training to deliver outstanding service. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a friendly, helpful attitude in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves in empty areas
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut materials)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
