Lowe's in Colorado is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find the right products, and support daily store operations. You’ll engage with customers, answer questions, and ensure items are available and properly stocked.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time pickup/delivery.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
