Qualifications

• Experience using a computer for basic tasks.
• Experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
