Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Loveland, CO. You will greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience while performing routine merchandising tasks. The role offers part-time scheduling and opportunities across departments to support customer needs.

Ideal candidates have basic computer and retail tech experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare merchandise in department to meet customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
