Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet shoppers, help them locate products, answer questions, and process orders with accuracy and courtesy in a busy home improvement store.

You may work in multiple departments, learn across areas, and train for new skills while benefiting from Lowe's comprehensive benefits, discounts, and growth programs. Strong listening, problem solving, and teamwork are essential as you support customers from checkout to pickup and assist

Qualifications

• Basic computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• Experience with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical duties including lifting 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Restock and replenish shelves as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandize per customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, plumbing, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
