Job summary

Wilde Toyota in West Allis, WI is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our on-site team. You will welcome customers, identify service needs, explain repairs, and prepare repair orders. The role supports evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet customer demand.

With 1+ years in automotive service, you will use ADP, discuss estimates, obtain approvals, and coordinate with technicians while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive experience.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership systems.
• Ability to accurately enter repair orders and customer information.
• Basic math skills for reviewing costs and processing payments.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify vehicle service needs.
• Listen to concerns and recommend services.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and multi-point inspections.
• Explain repairs, pricing, and completion times.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates in ADP.
• Obtain customer approval for maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate repair orders and communicate with technicians.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Review inspection results and additional recommendations with customers.
• Process payments and review work at delivery.
• Build customer relationships through clear communication.
