Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive experience.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership systems.
• Accurate entry of repair orders and customer information.
• Basic math skills for reviewing costs and processing payments.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify vehicle service needs.
• Listen to customer concerns and recommend services.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and multi-point inspections.
• Explain repairs, pricing, and completion times.
• Prepare repair orders and estimates in ADP.
• Obtain customer approval for maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate repair orders and communicate with technicians.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Review inspection results and additional recommendations with customers.
• Process payments and review work at delivery.
• Build customer relationships through clear communication.
• Follow dealership service and delivery processes.
