Job summary

Wilde Toyota in West Allis, Wisconsin is seeking a Service Advisor to welcome customers, assess their vehicle service needs, and coordinate repairs with the service team. You will explain repairs and pricing, prepare estimates, and keep customers informed throughout the process.

A strong emphasis is placed on accurate orders and customer communication to support a positive ownership experience. The role requires 1+ year of automotive experience, comfort with dealership systems, and a valid

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive experience.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership systems.
• Accurate entry of repair orders and customer information.
• Basic math skills for reviewing costs and processing payments.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify vehicle service needs.
• Listen to customer concerns and recommend services.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and multi-point inspections.
• Explain repairs, pricing, and completion times.
• Prepare repair orders and estimates in ADP.
• Obtain customer approval for maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate repair orders and communicate with technicians.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Review inspection results and additional recommendations with customers.
• Process payments and review work at delivery.
• Build customer relationships through clear communication.
• Follow dealership service and delivery processes.
