Wilde East Towne Honda in Madison, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to greet customers, review service needs, and prepare accurate estimates. You will coordinate with technicians and communicate timelines, pricing, and repair status to customers.

This role requires open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will also process service payments and contribute to customer retention through clear follow-up and exceptional service

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or automotive service experience.
• Experience using computers and entering information accurately.
• Basic math skills for estimates, service costs, and payment processing.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer service calls, and provide a professional customer experience.
• Review vehicle service needs, complete walk-arounds, and prepare accurate repair orders and estimates.
• Communicate recommended services, pricing, and repair timelines with customers.
• Coordinate with technicians throughout the repair process and keep customers updated on vehicle status.
• Process service payments and ensure completed vehicles are delivered.
• Support customer retention by addressing concerns and providing clear follow-up.
