Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in automotive, dealership, hospitality, retail, or customer service is encouraged.
• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Document service needs accurately and manage repair orders with detail.
• Review maintenance needs and recommended repairs with customers.
• Provide clear estimates, timelines, and updates throughout the visit.
• Coordinate with technicians and obtain customer approvals when needed.
