You will work with Sales Managers and Finance partners to ensure a smooth process and build lasting relationships with customers, contributing to the dealership’s success.

Formación

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience.
• Confidence working with customers.
• Follow-up and attention to customer needs.
• Team-focused approach and willingness to collaborate.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Guide customers through available vehicles, features, pricing, and purchase options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent customer communication.
• Build relationships that support repeat and referral business.
• Work with Sales Managers and Finance partners to support a smooth purchase experience.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in dealership systems.
• Meet individual and team sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience.
