Wilde Honda in Waukesha, Wisconsin is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The role requires answering calls, greeting customers, and guiding them through service options with a courteous, professional approach.

You will identify concerns, explain repairs and costs, create repair orders in ADP, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with onsite work at our dealership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in automotive service advising or a related customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of automotive service, repair processes, and maintenance recommendations.
• 1+ years of experience with repair orders, service estimates, multi-point inspections, and customer authorization.
• Comfortable using dealership technology and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet service customers.
• Identify and confirm customer concerns and assess service needs.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to identify concerns and needs.
• Explain recommended services, repair costs, estimates, and completion times to customers.
• Create accurate repair orders in the ADP system and document service needs.
• Offer multi-point inspections and obtain customer authorization before work.
• Prepare service estimates and communicate changes to costs.
• Dispatch repair orders to technicians and coordinate with staff.
• Provide timely ICC updates through the repair and service process.
• Process customer payments and ensure completion of transactions.
• Deliver vehicles promptly and verify customer satisfaction.
