Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living in Lawrence, Kansas is seeking a friendly Concierge to warmly greet residents, families and visitors while supporting daily operations at the front desk. The role includes assisting with mail, calls, and coordinating with leadership to ensure a smooth community experience.

The PRN position requires flexible availability between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, including days, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on compassionate service and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families and guests with exceptional service.
• Monitor entry/exit points and assist with safety protocols.
• Assist with clerical duties and frontline communications.
• Support scheduling transportation and event reservations with Life Enrichment.
