Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. is expanding into Eastern Ohio and seeking an LPN to supervise Home Health Aides across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. This is a brand-new territory with no guaranteed client volume; visits and tasks are paid per completed visit, including supervisory visits and tests.

Starting hours are minimal as the client base builds, with mileage reimbursed and an iPad provided. This is a part-time, flexible opportunity designed to grow with expansion.

Qualifications

• Must be an LPN with Ohio license in good standing.
• Experience in home health or hospital settings preferred.
• Ability to document accurately and follow regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and collect documentation.
• Conduct supervisory visits to monitor Home Health Aides every 60 days.
• Administer pre-employment testing for aide candidates.
