Job summary

Haven Home Care is expanding into Eastern Ohio and seeks an LPN for a supervisory, per-visit role across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull counties. No guaranteed weekly hours; growth comes with client base expansion.

Responsibilities include completing open visits, supervising Home Health Aides every 60 days, and conducting pre-employment testing. Travel and flexible scheduling required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in the US.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing and an active Ohio LPN license.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transport and current auto insurance for work.
• CPR certification and successful background/testing checks required.

Responsibilities

• Documentation: prepare accurate records per agency standards.
• Supervisory and Open Visits: conduct visits every 60 days and for new clients.
• Pre-Employment Testing: administer skills and written tests for aides.
