Coach is a global fashion house known for iconic craftsmanship and inclusive spirit. The Sales Support Associate plays a vital role at the store, greeting clients, assisting with purchases, and ensuring a smooth flow from receipt to point of sale.

You help maintain the sales floor, stockroom, and handbags inventory while representing the brand with professionalism. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), and reading price sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Schedule includes nights, weekends, peak periods and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
