Hazel Health is seeking a part-time, remote pediatric therapist to provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K-12 students in Colorado. The clinician will complete assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans while collaborating with families, school staff, and care teams.

This role offers flexibility, stable referrals, and the support of a professional clinical team, with administrative tasks outsourced to allow focus on high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Colorado license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-supported virtual therapy to K-12 students
• Complete assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and safety protocols
• Respond to clinical risk according to safety guidelines
