Job summary

Carry On Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Tennessee to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-approved plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure meaningful outcomes.

Active RBT certification is required at application, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
