Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy across Tennessee. You will deliver one-on-one services, follow BCBA-created plans, and document progress while traveling to client locations.

We offer flexible schedules, training, and opportunities for growth. A current RBT certification, BACB registration, and a high school diploma are required; travel is required locally.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification and active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately track client progress and records.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing professional development.
