Job summary

Carry On Therapy LLC in Jellico, TN, is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings; you will implement treatment plans under a BCBA and track client progress.

Active RBT certification is required at the time of application, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Flexible scheduling, full-time or part-time hours, PTO, bonuses, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
