Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Tennessee. We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress.

Our team values collaboration, flexibility, and ethical practice, and we strive to create a supportive environment where both clients and staff can grow. This position is for candidates who already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Ability to pass a background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment
