Job summary

Carry On Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home, school, or clinic ABA therapy across Tennessee. The role requires an active RBT certification and offers flexible scheduling, with options for full-time or part-time work.

Candidates should be prepared for a background check and to travel within the service area. Starting pay is $20–$24 per hour, with higher rates for additional experience.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• Background check must be passable.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, safe session environment.
