Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Tennessee to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and track client progress with families and the clinical team.

Applicants must hold an active RBT certification at the time of application and be able to travel locally. The schedule is flexible with full-time or part-time options and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally are needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
