Carry On Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Tennessee to deliver in-home, school, or clinic ABA therapy. This role supports real families and meaningful progress with a collaborative team and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment
