Job summary

Carry On Therapy seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-developed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
