Job summary

Carry On Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy across Tennessee. Roles involve implementing BCBA-developed plans, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families and the clinical team to ensure meaningful progress in real-life settings.

Flexible scheduling supports full-time or part-time work. Active RBT certification is required at application time.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
