Job summary

Carry On Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings across Tennessee. Flexible hours and a supportive team focused on meaningful progress for clients.

Active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are required. ABA experience is helpful and opportunities for growth exist.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required at time of application)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment
