Job summary

Any Lab Test Now is seeking a Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to join a floating role serving North Fort Worth, Southlake, Euless, and Cedar Hill. The candidate will blend phlebotomy skills with hospitality mindset and ownership of the customer experience.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, wellness injections, drug testing, and guiding customers through testing options while delivering a welcoming, high-quality service. Travel between locations is required.

Qualifications

• Current CPT/ CMA/ CCMA/ RMA or equivalent credential.
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on phlebotomy experience required.
• Proficiency in venipuncture, specimen handling, and patient interaction.
• Willingness to travel between multiple locations (North Fort Worth, Southlake, Euless, Cedar Hill).

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection accurately.
• Administer wellness injections and assist with clinical services.
• Conduct various drug tests (DOT and non-DOT).
• Explain testing options to customers and assist with health goals.
• Deliver a personalized customer experience and process transactions.
• Maintain inventory and prepare specimens for shipment.
• Balance cash drawers and complete documentation.
• Travel between locations as needed.
