Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and perimeters to deter incidents.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity; document observations and report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report to appropriate personnel or responders.
• Complete accurate activity logs and shift handoffs per site requirements.
