Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, perimeter, access points, and parking areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and delivery areas while documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
