Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, invites applications for a Part Time Security Officer Driver Patrol in Ashburn, VA. The role involves unarmed patrols, customer service to tenants and visitors, and maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees by following site procedures and access-control rules.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the commercial real estate facilities, common areas, parking, perimeters and grounds to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and building conditions; report issues per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies calmly and coordinate with site contacts and responders.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident documentation and patrol logs.
